Service is very good and staff also very cooperative

We recently used Geonex Packers and Movers for shifting my household items from Orissa to Noida, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the extremely poor packing quality. They did not use proper packing materials for large and delicate items. Important items like sofa and electronic appliances were packed without foam or adequate protective wrapping, which is a basic requirement during relocation. This clearly shows their lack of professionalism and negligence in handling customers’ belongings. Due to this, several of our items were damaged. They also packed oil containers and other liquid items without proper sealing or covering, which caused leakage and spoiled other goods. Our sofa table has been badly damaged and now needs complete repair. Three buckets were broken, and many showpieces were damaged beyond use and had to be thrown away. Another major concern was the manpower and efficiency. Only three people came for packing, out of which only two were actually working properly and one person was completely unproductive. Because of this, the packing process started at 9:00 AM and dragged on until 4:00 AM the next day, which clearly reflects poor planning and lack of professionalism. Additionally, they did not follow a proper room-wise packing process. Instead of completing one room at a time, they mixed items from different rooms and packed them together. This created a lot of confusion and made it extremely difficult for us to label the boxes properly. Unpacking has now become very stressful and time-consuming because nothing is organized. There was no attention to detail, no proper safety measures, and no accountability for the damages caused. It felt like their only priority was to finish the job and collect money rather than ensuring safe delivery. Relocation is already stressful, and such poor service makes it even worse. I strongly do not recommend Geonex Packers and Movers to anyone planning a move, especially for long-distance shifting. It is always better to choose a reliable service provider, even if it costs slightly more, to ensure your belongings are handled safely and professionally. Overall, a very bad and frustrating experience.
